If a participant has lost their DAT and can no longer remember when they must appear in court, they must go into the clerk's office in the courthouse in the borough they received the DAT. They will have to present a photo ID in order to obtain information about their summons.
The county clerk will not give out information on court appearances or summons over the telephone.
